2. Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may only register one account on good 9999. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be blocked and any balance may be forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification

For security and fraud prevention purposes, good 9999 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until KYC is completed.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

4.2 Odds & Changes

Odds displayed on good 9999 are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. If a bet is confirmed late due to connectivity issues or any other reason, the odds applicable at that moment will apply.

4.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled, good 9999's decision shall be final. In most cases the bet amount will be refunded, though exceptions may apply.

4.4 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. good 9999 applies a delay in Live Betting to prevent fraud. The use of software or scripts in Live Betting is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on good 9999 are processed via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (where possible).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Good 9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons.

• Violating the Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Engaging in fraudulent activity
• Refusing to complete KYC verification
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting good 9999 support. Any valid balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned.

11. Dispute Resolution
